1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Innerwear or hygiene-related products
- Customized or personalized items
- Products bought during clearance or special sale offers
- Used or washed products
3. Wrong / Damaged Product
If you receive:
- Wrong item
- Damaged product
- Missing item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Product photos
- Unboxing video (recommended)

4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- COD orders may require bank account details for refund processing
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only for:
- Size issues
- Damaged products
- Wrong product delivered
Exchange depends on stock availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
- Refund for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
7. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges may be deducted from refund amount if applicable.
- In case of wrong or damaged product from our side, return shipping will be covered by us.
